12. Leisure Freight and Import Use of Websites - Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed
in accordance with, the
laws of State of Queensland, Australia. In the event of a dispute that arises from these "Terms and Conditions",
you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland, Australia located in the City of Brisbane.
13. In consideration with paragraph 15, Leisure Freight and Import disclaims all warranties,
either explicated or implied, with
regards to the information and applications contained on, and your use of, the Leisure Freight and Import website.
14. These "Terms and Conditions" do not exclude any liability which by law requires Leisure Freight and Import to accept. If
Leisure Freight and Import becomes liable for any breach of any such condition or warranty, Leisure Freight and Import's liability shall be
limited at its absolute discretion, to the following:
(a) in the case of services, to either; supplying the services again, provide a refund minus Leisure Freight and Import
costs already incurred, or to hold in credit the cost of providing the service again at a later date.
15. In no event shall Leisure Freight and Import, its contractors, agents, employees, and/or affiliates be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including special, indirect or consequential) arising out of, or in connection with,
the use and/or performance of the website, whether in contract, at common law or in equity, or on
any other basis.
